In this fast paced world we seldom have any time left for our household responsibilities. Nowadays even the women are working in the same way as the men work. Therefore the women who are mothers also cannot give time to their babies who need utmost attention from their parents. However as both the parents are working so no care can be taken of that child? On the other hand if one stays back at the home to take care of the child then one loses his/her job. So in both the cases the loser tends to be the parents. Therefore to solve this problem there are many child care services that are available through which one can maintain both the office and the household responsibilities. These child care services are provided by various companies which are dedicated towards helping the various families who are facing this problem of taking child care. In return they demand certain allowance and also the fooding of the person who takes care of the child.

SO it is quite reasonable that you would pay for your child care services that you are using. Everyone would like to pay for their child as each penny that they earn is for their child only. So there is no doubt in the fact that a parent will not pay for his/her child care services when he/she personally is not able to give attention to the child or take care of the child. There are many type of child care services that are available in the market. However the most prominent are the au pairs and the nannies. Nannies are women who are experienced in taking care of child and are professionals. They are quite aged women who have a lot of experience in handling and taking care of the child.

On the other hand au pairs are contractual girls who work on a contract basis with the host family. They become a part of the host family and stay with the host family. These girls are generally young aged girls which are within the age limit of 18-26. These au pairs are not servants as they are treated equal to that of the host family members. These au pairs also take up some of the responsibility of the house hold work. In return the host family takes care of the fooding and lodging of the au pair and also gives her some allowance for her personal use.
