The local Homeownership Resource Center in South Carolina is holding workshops that will assist those in South Carolina foreclosure homes to speak one on one with a HUD approved counselor to find out more about what options are available to them. The clinic will only last for a day and will begin at 9 in the morning and end at four. The Homeowner Resource Center was approved for a grant to use for those with South Carolina foreclosure homes to be educated and counseled. The Homeownership Resource Center is part of the Family Services Inc and is also a part of the nation wide NeighborWorks network. It holds a certification from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide full service counseling to homeowners.
