How To Obtain Baby-soft Skin Again

Have you ever touched the soft, supple skin of a little baby? It is incredible to experience something so perfect and blemish free. As time passes, our skin gets hit with so many environmental factors and stress, which gradually robs the beautiful, soft skin of our youth. Fortunately, our skin has a great system to refresh itself and keep itself looking younger longer. When we are young, approximately every 15-20 days our skin renews itself. The surface layers are shed, leaving the unexposed lower layer, which becomes the new upper layer, stays for a couple of weeks, and then it happens all over again. It is because of this that children can play in the dirt and the elements way more time than adults, yet still have smooth, perfect skin. I'm sure the vast majority of kids couldn't care less about using skin creams or pampering their skin, and yet their own body protects them.
If our skin was made to renew itself so frequently, what happens to it as we become adults? Have you ever noticed the difference between the skin of a senior citizen and a child's skin? Generally, a senior citizen's skin has the tendency to be a lot thicker, rougher, and filled with age spots and wrinkles. Why does our skin get like this?
With the passing of time, our skin starts to renew itself less frequently. Instead of shedding the worn out skin cells, they start to gather on the surface of the skin, causing the layers to get thicker and rougher. Unfortunately, that means any imperfections we have don't fall off with the old layers. To make matters worse, we lose approximately 10% of our epidermal cells per decade, lessening our possibilities to regenerate more healthy layers of skin. Plus, often, not as much moisture gets to the top layer of the skin, bringing about the wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin we see in our beloved grandparents and older individuals.
Wouldn't you love to reverse this downhill process and have the same protection and renewal that your skin had when you were a child? I would imagine that that is what all of us would want, but the question is, how do we do that? If the problem is that our skin is building up dead skin cells, the only way to solve this problem is to help the skin to shed these unnecessary cells and uncover the soft layer below. If we do this, we can also help more moisture to reach the top layer of the skin, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
Turning back the Clock of Aging Skin
A revolutionary way to help our skin refresh itself is by applying organic skin creams which speed skin cell renewal and help get rid of the dead skin cells which are covering the pores in your skin. Be a smart shopper, however, and make sure you choose a cream that both gets rid of the dead cells and helps your body to create new ones. Another very important factor is that it be 100% natural. If you follow these guidelines and use products like this, your face will soon start to look younger and more radiant than ever!
