It does not matter where you live or how big your yard is. You can still reap all of the great benefits of a meditation garden. There is more than one meditation garden design ideas you could go with. Finding one that resounds with you is the best choice.
Here is a great design idea for a small back yard that will work anywhere. Of course the reason for having a meditation garden in the first place is to give yourself a place to sit down and meditate, or at least to think quietly and enjoy the surrounding environment. Make sure you only include items and decorations into your meditation garden that bring peace to your mind.
The first item you may want to add is something really comfortable to sit on. Possibly a bench, swing or even just a nice chair. If you have a great tree with an outstretched limb, try hanging a nice swing to sit on. Of course you could always just go for a nice garden bench. It's all up to you and what suits you best.
