Quit living in the past. We all have our mistakes to deal with. We cannot fix it but we can let it go and decide to move on. Save yourself from the downward cycle of the past and flourish your life to the brim. Do not rationalize the past through blaming others. Admit your errors but do not immerse yourself in them. Give everything to God. Allow Him to work in you, hoping in the thought that He will completely erase the past. Loosen up. Be happy. Allow yourself to be like a child all over again. Never allow the past to ruin your future. Getting Motivated. Bear in mind that your thoughts determine your emotions. Control your thoughts and sift them into positive tools to become a winner. Refrain from criticizing yourself, instead find an opportunity to reaffirm yourself that your decision is right. Do not blame others or find reasons for your behavior, but instead be steadfast on the change you need comes from the innermost of yourself. Take accountability, acknowledge and love yourself. Savor your accomplishments. Do not return to the vicious cycle of worrying during mealtime. This is disrespect to our God. If you are in a predicament you must have to deal with, make a note on paper and forget about it for awhile. Never strive to address issues before eating. Once you have decided, put a halt to worrying and act positively. If things cannot be changed, leave it all to God. The Lord knows everything. He knows your heart, your desires and wants. He also knows our flaws and potentials. Always seek guidance for you to be able to understand your predicament. Perceive the future from a new mind set. You are a new you. Your brain is no longer filled with detrimental ideas, instead, it is replaced with sparkling and new positive thoughts that you are a changed creation. Create a new list of your goals and priorities. Make a list of positive statements to say to yourself for encouragement. Joy and peace will no longer be easily captured from you because it is in your heart. It is your decision to be happy and at peace. Treatment for compulsive behavior as well as compulsive eating follows a set pace. Its like being a house that 's been knocked down, reestablishing our life takes one block at a time. You need to reassemble the building blocks of your life. Your neurological pathways will have to be reconnected. Don't be dejected, instead be happy for the improvements you have.
