Stop living in the past. We all have our pasts to handle. We cannot erase it but we can ignore it and decide to move on. Save yourself from the downward cycle of the past and flourish your life to the fullest. Do not rationalize the past by making excuses. Admit your errors but do not wallow in them. Entrust to God everything. Allow Him to work in you, resting in the thought that He will totally erase the past. Ease up. Be happy. Allow yourself to be like a child all over again. Never allow the past to destroy your future. Being Motivated. Remember that your thoughts determine your emotions. Captivate your thoughts and sift them into positive tools to become a conqueror. Do not belittle yourself, rather, take the time to reinforce yourself that your decision is right. Do not create excuses for your attitude, but rather firmly resolve that the change you aspire comes from the deepest part of your soul. Take accountability, acknowledge and love yourself. Savor your accomplishments. Do not return to the vicious cycle of restlessness especially at mealtime. This is disrespect to the Lord. If you are in a predicament you must have to deal with, jot it down on paper and forget about it for awhile. Do not ever attempt to tackle problems before eating. Once you have decided, refrain from worrying and be constructive. If things remain as they are, submit everything to God. The Lord knows everything. He knows your heart, your longings and wants. He also knows our flaws and potentials. Always seek guidance for you to be able to accept your situation. Look at the future from a new perspective. You are a renewed person. Your mind is no longer filled with counterproductive thoughts, but rather, it is refilled with renewed and brand new assuring thoughts that you are a changed creation. Rewrite your list of goals and priorities. Make a list of positive statements to boost and invigorate you. Joy and serenity will no longer be easily taken away from you because your heart has it. It is your decision to be serene and joyful. Compulsion, whether it is on eating or a trait needs a step by step treatment process. Like a house destroyed after a catastrophe, it also takes a single stage at a time to redeem your life. You need to reassemble the building blocks of your life. You should reattach your neurological trails. Never become discouraged, instead be happy for the improvements you have.
