Achieving An Alkaline Body And Dissolving Fibroid Cysts And Tumors

Cysts and tumors form as a result of abnormal growth of tissue in the body that has no useful function. A tumor can be either malignant or benign.

A benign tumor in and of itself poses no risk, although it can become too large and interfere with the functions of other organs, hence, it is wise to rid the body of any unwanted growth. A malignant tumor is cancerous, however, and should be treated as soon as possible because this means that conditions within the body are both feeding the tumor and creating a suitable environment for other tumors to grow.

It is important to keep in mind that such growths in the body are the result of the environment that supports them. This is often due to the foods, liquids and toxins in the environment that we are exposed to. Fibrocystic breast tumors, which have become quite common in women today, have been shown to sometimes result from iodine deficiency. Other factors are hormonal imbalances, insecticides, chemical fertilizers, sprays and herbicides. These all distort or destroy the enzymes, minerals and vitamins that our bodies require to maintain a state of good health.

The solution is simple: change the environment in the body that supports these unwelcome growths. Viruses and bacteria feed on acidic pH levels in the body, rancid oils, chemicals in canned or pre-packaged foods and sugars. Whether you're in Seattle or Indianapolis, the solution is the same. Colonics, or colon hydrotherapy, are the most effective means of getting rid of fermenting fecal matter with a slow transit time and clearing out the residue of toxic waste.

Hydrotherapy is neither painful nor intimidating. To begin with, the surroundings are private and peaceful with music and reading material. You lie on a padded table with an opening beneath you. Filtered and temperature controlled water flows into your colon through a disposable tube about the size of the pencil. When you feel full, you simply push the water out or have a bowel movement which flows around the tube and goes into the viewing tube below. You do not have to get up and down or strain during any part of the process. Some people even talk on their phone and do business while having colonics!

Once you have cleaned the body out, the next step is to create a more alkaline body pH. The goal is to eat a diet that is 1/3 acid and 2/3 alkaline. Beyond unwanted growths, acidic conditions in the body can also cause many other issues, such as acid reflux, arthritis, respiratory and sinus problems.

Alkaline forming foods include the following:
